The Firm's practice encompasses a wide variety of substantive areas including banking, general corporate law, real estate, cooperative and condominium conversions, debt settlement, wills and estates. The Firm's specialties include the representation of all parties in both commercial and residential real estate transactions as well as all other phases of real estate and real estate related matters including, but not limited to, all aspects of contract and lease negotiations.

MICHAEL LEVITIS, Esq

Michael Levitis, Esq., the founder of the Firm, oversees the everyday operation of the firm, reviews title reports, prepares the pre-closing and post-closing loan packages, attends closings, and reviews all Ligitation Documentation and Debt Settlement Plans. Mr. Levitis’s duties require that he maintain close contacts with the attorneys for buyers and sellers and the various title companies. In addition, Mr. Levitis drafts and negotiates commercial leases for both small properties and large developments and is involved in the preparation of shareholder and partnership agreements.

Mr. Levitis established the Firm after one year of intensive experience in real estate law and related matters, in his former place of employment, GFI Mortgage Bankers, Inc., where he closed over three hundred loans. Prior to joining GFI Mortgage Bankers, Inc., Mr. Levitis gained valuable real estate law experience as a law clerk for a prestigious real estate boutique law firm of Greenstein, Starr, Gerstein & Rinaldi, LLP, located in Manhattan.

Mr. Levitis received his J.D. degree from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, and graduated Cum Laude from Yeshiva University with a B.S. degree in finance and marketing. Mr. Levitis is admitted to both the New York and New Jersey Bars, and is a member of both states’ Bar Associations.

The Firm presently has three attorneys who are of counsel to the Firm and have extensive experience in all aspects of real estate, bank representation, ligitation, debt settlement and negotiation. Additionally, the Firm employs several paralegal assistants and has a large support staff.
